Hotel Belle Epoque - Baden-Baden

Located in a lovely part of Baden-Baden.

I was disappointed to discover a bed bug in our room, and the staff's indifferent attitude was frustrating. The breakfast area was too small and overcrowded on the weekend, leaving us with nowhere to sit. And to pay an extra €24 for parking felt unreasonable.

Had perfectly pleasant stay with all excellent services, the staff were extremely helpful, location was convenient close enough to everything. Location: the hotel was not far from the centre of Baden Baden, and the center. I found Monte Christo Tapas Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

Overall it was a memorable stay for holidays.

The multilingual staff were friendly and engaging, making our stay feel cute and enjoyable.

The parking fee was an unexpected additional cost at €24.

The ambience of the hotel, small but very fine, tasteful.

No real closet in the room, storage space in the room were actually designed for a short stay. This rate should include parking.

Positive, I loved the unique belle époque style of my spacious room. The breakfast in the lovely garden was a highlight alongside the comfy bed. The staff was super attentive and helpful throughout my stay. It was like a step back in time with modern comforts. Very relaxing 😊

Staying there was a treat, especially because we were so close to the beautiful Lichtentaler Allee and the Baden-Baden State Art Gallery, both within a short walk. The hotel itself is stunning, surrounded by lovely gardens, and I really enjoyed the comfort of my bed. Breakfast was another highlight with a fantastic variety to choose from. It was a perfect spot for exploring the local attractions, and the staff made everything even more enjoyable with their helpfulness.

The overall ambience is very nice and the venue is very stylish. Also, the staff is very friendly and helpful.

It was a pity that there was no separate shower in the bathroom. There was a large corner bath, unfortunately we could not fix the shower head. We also missed a bidet.

The garden served a lot of meals for breakfast.

Easy walking distance to most of the main attractions and restaurants. Staff was attentive. Room was quiet, large and nicely decorated.

At this price point for the room, an additional 19 Euros for outside parking is excessive. Only 1 building has a lift. If stairs are a problem, note it on your reservation.

Loved our stay at the 'Belle Epoque' Our room was very comfortable and the staff were excellent, especially the friendly night porter Eugene,he really went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. Loved our freshly cooked breakfast every day and the complimentary afternoon tea on the terrace was a real delight. We really did not want to leave. Hope to return in the future.
